  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Domestic Orders (within the United States): 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers.
